What if my order gets lostAfter the parcel has left us and is with the shipping company Fancy Paws is no longer liable for 3rd part loss or damages. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected. We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. We have no control of your parcel once it has left our hands but we will always do our best to help with any issues you may have.

ExchangesUnfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on our products for just change of mind, however we will issue you a store credit if it meets all of our requirements of our returns policy.

ReturnsIf you have changed your mind about your order or purchase we are able to offer a store credit.

Discount CodesDiscount Codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with more than one discount code. Discount codes cannot be applied to Final Sale items or combined with any other offers or promotions.

Can I cancel my orderFancy Paws process and ship your order within 1 to 3 Days. Due to this it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. Please note it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been sent to the shipping company. Otherwise please email us fp.breeding@hotmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.

My order has not arrivedIf your order has been dispatched, an email with tracking information would have been sent to your nominated email. We recommend tracking your item to see where it is.

Will I receive shipping information?All of our orders are sent with tracking information, which is sent to the nominated email provided at checkout.

I have entered in the wrong postal addressIf this happens please contact as as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped our we are happy to change the address and post to your new address. If the product has been posted this limits what we are able to do/
