1. Fancy Paws ship our Pet Accessory within Australia.

 

1. We ship our items through Australia Post with "Authority to Leave" at your selected address.

 

1. Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow the nominated shipping days for it to arrive depending on where you are located.

 

 

1. Fancy Paws will ship your items within 2-4 business days of receiving your cleared funds in our account unless stated otherwise due to being away from office or on holidays.

 

1. While we try hard to ensure your order is delivered on times, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be delivered within these time frames. In busy periods, shipping times may take longer Please be patient as public holidays and events can affect the delivery times. Fancy Paws takes no responsibility for delivery times as once dropped to the post office the delivery is out of our hands.

 

1. Fancy Paws take no responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully.

 

1. On delivery to your nominated address a signature may be required. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier is expected to leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

 

1. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

 

1. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

 

1. In any instance where your item has been recorded as being delivered by our carrier and thereafter stolen or lost, liability and loss rests with you.

 

 

1. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. Please advise us as soon as possible prior to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct shipping information. Please note however that once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give refunds, if we are supplied with an incorrect address. If a re-shipment of the order is required because of an incorrect address (once an order is returned to us for this reason), the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.

 

1. Please note that Fancy Paws may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Merchandise included in your order. We will contact you in this instance. Should this occur you will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

We hope you love your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only. No refunds for change of mind only.

Fancy Paws is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues but will exchange for the right fit, however you will incur additional postage costs and new products will not be posted till wrong one has been received and inspected. . Please carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements before purchasing.
 

Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of Frankie & Friends other products. Your Store Credit will be issued in the form of a promo code that will be emailed to you once your return has been received.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

• Product must be returned within 14 business days of the order delivery date.

• Product must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, contain no hair / fur and be clean and new and no damage.

• If your pet chews your Fancy Paws products, please note that we do not consider this reason for our products to be labelled defective/damaged and will not be replaced.

• As per our terms below, any products sold as a Sale /clearance Item cannot be returned.

 

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements, it will not be refunded.

Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. The cost of shipping is at the buyers expense.

Processing Returns

We expect to process your return within 5 business days of receiving it.

Store Credit

• Store credit can only be used at Fancy Paws

• Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

• Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit can simple be topped up through payment for the remaining balance due via our ordering portal.

• The Fancy Paws Store credit does not have an expiry date.

 

SALE ITEMS,END OF LINE and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE
